SSH Shell setup script

SSH Shell setup script. (makes the .ssh directory and authorized_keys file inside it and chmods them for the current user. Chanages PermitRootLogin and PasswordAuthentication no in sshd_config). This will work on FreeBSD and GNU/Linux.
